How Do I Check My Order Status?
You will receive a personalized email from our Order Processing Department from the first day your order is received; up until it has shipped and then delivered to you. All orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to our customers. Your order updates will be sent to you by email until we package it to ship to you.
Can I Change My Order After Submitting It?
If your order has been sent through our website, and you have a change request or would like to revise your order; you can do so within 24 hours of our receiving your order in our Order Processing Unit. Just send us an email with your Order Confirmation Number and we will contact you.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
Depending on where you reside and where the actual packages are going to be shipped; it can take from 4-10 business days to be received. Normally, we start to package your order when we receive payment verification of your shipping address. Then we pull, pick and prepare your order in our warehouse and then ship it directly to you by Priority Mail.
What If I Need My Order Faster?
All you have to do is
Contact Us by email and let us know that you need the item faster than our normal processing time. There will be a
RUSH Processing Fee required of $75.00 to process your order by FEDEX and/or US Postal Service Next Day Delivery. You can then expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days on all instock and available items ordered.
Why Is There An Order Processing Time? What Is This?
Order Processing Time is the time that it takes our servers to forward your order into our Order Processing Unit. Then it is held until the payment processor has confirmed to us that your Order # and payment has cleared.
Can I Use My Visa/MC Debit Card For My Order?
Yes you can, however we accept only MASTERCARD and do not accept all credit cards for payment. We also can accept bank ATM MC Debit Cards, and if you have a Prepaid Debit Mastercard, it will also be accepted using our online payment system; but you must use your billing address for orders.
Can I Ship My Order To Another Address?
No you cannot. Our company will only ship to the credit card billing address that is on file with your credit card issuing bank. This helps us avoid credit card fraud, and allows us to offer you better protection in the case that someone is trying to use your major credit cards for your order.
Can I Request My Order To Be Gift-wrapped?
Yes you can. However, our Shipping/Order Fulfillment Center automatically gift-wraps all outgoing customer orders. Your order would arrive gift-wrapped at no extra cost to you. We do not charge our customers online for gift-wrapping services like most other shopping venues. We believe in presenting our products with "special care" so we automatically gift-wrap all orders.
What Sizes Do You Normally Carry?
Women Sizes Small-X-Large. However, we also carry PLUS Sizes from XXL-4XL which are being featured on our website shortly. Most our designs and products run true to fit; and they normally vary from S-XL or they are either Small/Medium; Medium/ Large; Large/X-Large for Misses; and the normal PLUS Sizes for larger women. You can order with ease no matter what size.
I Lost My Credit Card, Can I Order With My Mother's Card?
Yes you can. As long as your Mother is the person placing the order with us. You cannot have the order in your name; your order must be in the name of the person ordering and the person that the credit card belongs to.
What If I Do Not Like The Item Ordered When I Receive It?
No problem. All you have to do is
Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and request an RMA # to be sent to you for the return of your order with the reasons for return indicated. You can then exchange it for another item of equal/same value or you can request that we send you a Gift Certificate.
We do not refund orders. Sales are final.
What If I Damaged The Item When Trying It On?
Unfortunately the item is still yours. Most of the time when trying on merchandise, most women can tell immediately before pulling the garment up all the way; or over their head; if they can fit it or not. Please be careful when trying on items.
I Referred Some Friends; Will I Get A Referral Fee?
No you won't. However; you will receive a Gift Certificate by mail though if you notify us that you referred someone and they did place an order with us. All we need is their first and last name, email address and their Order # if you can get it from them. We will gladly send you a Gift Certificate by mail as our way of saying; "Thank you for the referral!" ...

No you cannot. You will have to have your Mother place the order with us; using her credit card that was issued to her by her bank. We will only accept orders from adults with a credit card.
Can I Get Paid For Sending Referrals To You?
Yes, you can. All you have to do is tell five (5) people about our online store, and they visit us and spend $100.00 or more and they mention your name that you referred them; once you have referred your 6th person; we will automatically start sending you a referral fee each month just for referring others to us. You will earn 10% on your future orders.
I Received The Wrong Item Ordered ... Now What Do I Do?
Just Contact Us. We will approve your RMA # and you can then return the item back to us for exchange for the correct item originally ordered. A Discount Gift Certificate will be sent to you as long as you have your receipt.
I Really Love My Order ... How Do I Send A Testimonial To You?
Testimonials can be sent to us directly by using the "Contact Us" link provided on our website. Before placing your order, use the Contact Us Form provided on our website; indicate your Gift Certificate #; provide Your Name and Email Address; and we will send you our Gift Certificate Redemption Link to place your order directly to our Order Center. While ordering, your Gift Certificate amount will be automatically deducted.
Can I Purchase A Gift Certificate For Someone?
