If you are ordering something special for someone and require it faster than our normal turnaround time; you may request FEDEX overnight, Express Overnight; and/or 2-day delivery by contacting us by email for the appropriate order form to place a Rush Order. All Rush Orders are charged $100.00 for rush requests, and will be delivered within 5-10 business days or less.
* Rush Orders are processed internally alot faster when sent by directmail.
Online Orders :: You can order online for as long as you see a "Buy Me" button, "Add To Cart" button, "Buy Now" button; or an "Invoice Me" button; and/or a link to the item that you are interested in purchasing. Some of our "Buy Me" buttons will require that you purchase through email, fax, and/or directmail for the specific item you are interested in due to an overwhelming request for the particular product that you are purchasing. We also have "Invoice Me" features on our website, for customers who wish to place their orders right there online and have it paid for. You can now request an Invoice directly from products that indicate it; with "Invoice Me" buttons available. If you see a "Buy Me" item or an "Invoice Me" product; and you wish to order it online but you're not sure how to go about it; just Contact Us and we will gladly send you the link to order the item via email with online purchasing, or you can follow the steps located in our "Invoice Me" section and submit your order to us directly.
If Item #'s and/or Prices are available with the item, you are interested in, you can order the item by either clicking on the image, picture, or merchandise photograph; a hypertext link that is provided or you can use any of the buttons noted above if they are available at the time of your visit. If they are not working, or not available; please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours for our website to update the information into our inventory control system.
If Item #'s are available but there are no prices, or if you see $00.00 by an item but there are Item #'s available; this means that we are simply restocking that particular item of merchandise and will have it back up online on our website for purchase shortly. If after you've returned and the item you are interested in is still not available by link, purchase buttons or other methods for our online shopping cart, then use our Order Form and return your order by directmail or fax; or you can always contact us by email to place your order much faster.
About Our Shopping Carts: Because our website is so large and we are constantly reorganizing merchandise due to it moving so quickly on our website, we have several shopping cart services that we utilize online. If any of the shopping carts do not allow you to provide your quantity change, size desired, and/or request faster shipping; please contact us immediately by email; and we will send you the appropriate shopping cart link that will handle your needs for your order.
Due to the constant overflow of online orders and our having to add and/or remove products due to availability; we are forced to accept most of our orders by directmail, fax, email and/or invoicing online. There are "Buy Now" buttons available throughout most of our website, but we will be upgrading to a faster shopping cart system in the next couple of weeks. Please be patient when you see the "Click Here To Order"; and/or the "Invoice Me" buttons that lead you to either downloading our Fax/Directmail Order Form; and/or explaining our Online Invoice service. Both payment options work well for us and allows us time to revamp our Shopping Cart accounts so they can hold the overflow of merchandise that we have on our website. Until further notice, please use all accessible features for purchasing.
Online Orders through our Shopping Carts are processed 100% of the time through USAA FSB Bank, when using your Mastercard credit card or debit card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER CREDIT CARDS AT THIS TIME. If you do not wish to send your credit card details to us by email, we strongly suggest using our Contact Us Form on our website due to encryption. If not, and you prefer directmail, download our Order Form from below and place your order by directmail instead. For your convenience, we offer the following alternative options to order with us below:

Directmail Orders Without A Paypal Account :: We will no longer accept Paypal on our website as a method of payment. Paypal holds businesses money too long, and we refuse to allow our customer orders to suffer due to the longated method that Paypal uses to release our customer payments. Therefore, we have replaced Paypal with Mastercard and will only accept Mastercard Credit Cards or Mastercard Bank Debit Cards if you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card. If you cannot use your Mastercard or you do not have a Mastercard Debit Card, then please consider sending our Directmail/Fax Order Form, along with your Cashier's Check and/or a US Postal Service Money Order for the total amount due for your order, plus shipping and handling costs made payable as outlined on our Directmail/Fax Order Form.
Return your directmail Order Form and Payment to us by Express Overnight and/or Priority Mail delivery with signature authorization required; and/or delivery confirmation requested for the fastest processing in-house when your order is received. We will not accept regular mailstamped orders at our Order Fulfillment Center.
Place your order by Email using your Mastercard credit card, or your Mastercard debit card. We will only accept these credit cards or bank debit cards as payment, and for noth other services.
