How To Order:
If while visiting; you find merchandise you are interested in, with prices with $00.00 on them, this item is currently being restocked or in our warehouse being inventoried, or we're waiting for more of that particular merchandise. Acceptable Payment Methods:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AS OF AUGUST 1, 2011 WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT MASTERCARD CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS FOR ONLINE AND DIRECTMAIL ORDERS FOR USA CUSTOMERS.  (Mastercard Debit Cards Only!)

We will process all credit card transactions in our State of origin through 2nd and 3rd party credit card processing companies, NOT including Paypal. For all online and directmail order requests, we use USAA FSB for online Mastercard credit cards or Mastercard Debit cards, exclusively to ensure the accuracy of information and to avoid credit card fraud by verifying your identity through our bank. Directmail and Faxed Order Forms will be processed online the same day received.  However, we process all orders in the order in which they were received in our Order Processing Department. Please be sure to provide your Billing Address when providing your Mastercard credit or Mastercard debit card information on our Fax/Directmail Order Form when ordering by fax or if paying by directmail.  Our fax number to our Order Processing Unit is provided on the Order Form.  We accept orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Just visit our website, pick out the Items you wish to purchase, download our Order Form and fax it to us 24 hours per day; 7 days per week.  You will receive an Order Confirmation by email immediately when your order and payment is received by email, fax, or directmail.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS WE SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEMS ORDERED.  WE WILL ALWAYS OFFER YOU AN EVEN EXCHANGE, BUT REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. (Paypal payments are only approved through email.)  If you wish to pay using Paypal, send us an email with "PAYPAL PAYMENT REQUESTED" in your Subject Line.  We will respond to your email immediately when received.

If you are mailing/sending in your Fax/Directmail Order Form, simply directmail it to us at our Order Processing Unit mailing address provided on the Fax/Directmail Order Form by Express or Priority Mail delivery, with delivery confirmation; complete the Order Form in its entirety and provide your Paypal payment email address where indicated.  Our Order Processing Unit will submit a request to Paypal for the total amount owed on your order when your directmail payment and order details have been received. You will receive an Invoice by email from Paypal for the total amount owed on your order.  Make your payment, and we will begin processing your order as soon as we are notified from our billing office that your payment has been received, confirmed and verified through Paypal. If directmailing your order, you may complete the Fax/Directmail Order Form with your credit card information; bank ATM debit card details; or simply provide a Cashier's Check or US Postal Service Money Order for the total amount due for your order.  If your total is incorrect, or overpaid or underpaid for any reason; our Order Processing Unit will notify you by email if there are adjustments due to shipping rates.
 
Order Processing Time:
We will process your order as soon as it is received by directmail, online; and/or by Fax. We will require two (2) to five (5)  business days to receive and confirm your order and payment with our Order Processing Unit.  Your order will then route directly to our warehouse within four (4) business days.  Please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days from the date we receive payment verification; to process your order before it ships from our warehouse, which takes 7-10 business days if USA or a maximum of 15 business days if International.  You will receive an email Order Shipment Confirmation when your order has been released to ship. Directmail/Fax Customers; please allow an additional 3-4 business days for processing of your order inhouse when it is received.  You will also receive an email confirmation. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE THE SAME TIME TO PROCESS; PLUS 5-6 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER TO YOU FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVE YOUR VERIFIED PAYMENT AND ORDER FORM DUE TO CUSTOM AND TRANSPORT LAWS FROM THE UNITED STATES TO YOUR SPECIFIC COUNTRY.  (International Customs may take an additional 2-3 days depending on your Country clearance.) All orders sent from our warehouse to International Countries are shipped as "gifts" so there are no issues with clearance.
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  WE WILL ACCEPT WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT, OR BANK WIRE TRANSFER TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT TO US BY EMAIL OR EXPRESS/EMS MAIL DELIVERY.  YOU MAY ALSO SEND US WESTERN UNION AND MONEYGRAMS.

If your order total is $300.00 or more; indicate it on your Order Form the size of t-shirt you desire, and whether it's for a male or female. If you are interested in participating in our Contests for "free" designer merchandise on our website; you must download the Contest Order Form and return it with your Contest Entry Fee of $50.00; plus the total number of referrals to meet our qualification standards. Our Verifications Form is attached to the Contest Order Form below.  After you've referred the required number of individuals to win the "free" item selected; be sure to advise them to mention your name (first and last name) and your email address on when ordering to ensure there are no issues with your being credited for the items you have won in our Contests Section.  You must return the appropriate forms in order to redeem your "free" designer item.
