All sales are final, and we do not accept refund requests.  We will gladly exchange any item of merchandise we delivered to you, that was the wrong item shipped; but there are no refunds allowed.  You will receive a Gift Certificate towards your next purchase in the future with us; or you may evenly exchange your ordered items for anything of equal value on our website.  The Gift Certificate that you receive will not have an expiration date, so you can use it anytime that you like on our website for the same cash value.

 

There is a restocking fee required of $75.00 for each item that you are returning whether for an even exchange, or credit towards your next purchase due to a possible overstocking of merchandise.  We must have an approved RMA# before accepting your return.
